Cohort A: If you responded on either survey that you wanted your student to return in the hybrid model and the student's last name is A-L, they are in this cohort and will report to school on Monday, April 12 at 7:30 AM. (Please see the attached schedule for Cohort A.)
Cohort B: If you responded on either survey that you wanted your student to return in the hybrid model and the student's last name is M-Z, they are in this cohort and will report to school on Thursday, April 15 at 7:30 AM. (Please see the attached schedule for Cohort B.)
Cohort C: If your responded on either survey that you want your student to remain in distance learning, or you did not respond to the survey, they are in this cohort and will remain at home. Each school day will start virtually for them at 10:45 AM. (Please see the attached schedule for Cohort C.)
Please note: If you have contacted the school after the survey to indicate your choice, that has been processed.
You can check your child's placement on Infinite Campus where they will be identified with a "flag" for each group.
Gates will open at 7:30 AM and the first bell will ring at 7:40 AM. Classes begin promptly at 7:45 AM. Students are to go directly to their classrooms on entry and line up on the dots outside and meet their teacher. Students are to wear masks at all times and maintain a social distance of 6 feet.
