During registration, students will be picking up their class schedules, getting textbooks, purchasing and picking up PE clothes and other ASB apparel (optional). Tours will be available from our ASB students and information for our new EXCEL after school program, free to all EMS students, will be provided. To avoid long lines at the bookkeeper, we encourage you to use our online store which can be accessed from our website. Please bring your printed receipt for any online purchases with you to pick up items. Also, it is very important that you update your student's online information through the Infinite Campus parent portal prior to registration. If you have not done this, you will not be allowed to proceed in the process until this is done. If you have questions regarding this, please contact our office at 951-253-7350 before your scheduled registration date. The office will re-open on Monday, July 24.
We will having registration on the following days by grade level:
Tuesday, August 1: 6th grade
Wednesday, August 2, 7th grade
Thursday, August 3, 8th grade
Class schedules for each grade level will not be printed until the night before that grade's designated day so if you have multiple students attending, we encourage you to pick the day of the highest grade level to avoid multiple days of registration. (Example: If you bring an 8th grader on the 6th grade day, they will not be able to get their schedule or books.)
If a student does not attend registration, they will be responsible for getting their books and other items during lunch or after school once the school year starts, not during class time. The office will also be open on August 7-8 for late registration, if families are out of town.
Registration hours are:
8:00-11:00 AM
12:30-3:00 PM
The long break in between is to accommodate those still waiting in line when the office closes and provide staff time for lunch.
